MAHOGANY is a Wild Ale aged in Sherry casks for 60 months under a layer of naturally-occurring Flor Yeast.

Pouring a clear copper/mahogany colour (hence the name), this beer instantly mesmerises you with strong Olorosso/Sherry characters that delivers a bold acid backbone coupled with oxidative characters from resting in wood for 5+ years without any top up of the casks.

Over-ripe cherries and other red fruits dance on your tongue however the aged and seasoned wood has the last say with a musty/cellar-like finish.
