Terroir is a notion that flavour is defined by a sense of place. Sheer Terroir
is an experiment with the goal to identify and highlight flavour variations that climate and soil can have on hops. We’ve split and dry-hopped the same base beer with single-lot Citra hops grown int three different prolific US hop regions.
Washington’s Yakima Valley produces the largest share of hops grown in the US. Tropical, herbal, and stonefruit are characters to look for.
