Future Mountain A Million Stars 500ml

A Million Stars, one of the beers we brew all year round, is our take on a Dark Farmhouse Ale. Pouring as black as night, it is brewed with cardamon, black pepper, rosemary, star anise, and juniper berries, along with French hop "Aramis", which adds spice and pine notes. Despite its appearance, A Million Stars drinks much easier than expected, with plush blackberry, dark cherry, spearmint jumping out of the glass, alongside the dried herbal and delicate earthy characters classic to the farmhouse style. A Million Stars is deceptively easy to drink to the point that if you closed your eyes and drank this, you'd be surprised by its colour! Recently featured in Peter Lalor's Top 20 Beers of Australia.
